How You Should Brush
Do you see your dentist regularly? Do you brush and floss every day and eat foods that are good for your smile? Have you ever wondered if there are other things you can do to protect your smile? Luckily, there are some other things you can do to have the best results. To help you protect your smile, we are pleased to list three things you should consider while you brush your teeth.
- People usually start brushing their smile on the same tooth every time. But if you do this, you could be giving some teeth less attention than they need. To be sure each tooth gets the attention it deserves, we suggest brushing a different tooth first every time.
- Think about whatever you’ve eaten recently before you brush your teeth. If you’ve had something acid, please wait for 30 minutes before brushing. Acids may weaken your enamel and brushing could cause damage to your tooth.
- Choosing the right toothbrush can impact your oral health. Please buy a soft-bristled toothbrush with a small head. We also recommend that you should rinse your toothbrush after each use and store it upright. We also suggest replacing your toothbrush every two or three months.
